Gather ye mistletoe while ye may Old Time is still a-flyin
Mind you, mistletoe was little seen when we arrived here decades ago. Now there are huge quantities: it's a wonder it doesn't bring the trees down. We even have one thriving in a cotoneaster that grows (lowish) on a shady wall.
I'd love a shottle belper for Christmas. You can get it done professionally, of course, but there's something satisfying about belping your own shottle at home.

We can also supply holly.

ReplyDeletedearieme - we don't have any mistletoe, but we see lots of it while driving around. More than in the past is my impression.
ReplyDeleteSam - you need the right approach though, otherwise you can ruin no end of shottles by wild belping.
