I know of some Americans who will vote for Joe Biden if he runs for President again because 'he is a Democrat'.
I can understand people not wishing to switch to Republican (although that seems a safer bet) but to vote for someone who appears increasingly incapacitated? Better not to vote at all, even if the 'other side' get in.
