Biden denies being anything like Biden
Ukraine war: Biden denies calling for regime change in Russia a day after saying Putin 'cannot remain in power'
The US president had said on Saturday that Vladimir Putin "cannot remain in power", words that sparked criticism among those who understood them as a call for regime change.
That Putin cannot remain in power is a truism - we will all die eventually.
Perhaps the real story is that Biden managed to say something his 'handlers' hadn't prepared. Plus 'regime change' hasn't worked well recently.
Consider the thought experiment (which is not an incitement to violence!): If you had the ability to sit at your keyboard, press a button, and untraceably end some politician's life, would you do so? Or would you hold back not knowing if the consequences might not be worse?
Biden seemed to invite Putin to invade with his 20th January "minor incursions" speech, but now seems to want him gone.
It's pretty obvious that Biden's handlers tell him what the US position is, and then tell him what he is supposed to say. It's just a shame that he can't remember which is which when in front of an open microphone.
Sam - his memory seems to be quite a problem. I sometimes wonder what his wife thinks, if she has any regrets about the presidency because he is so obviously not up to it.

DJ - I'd hold back every time because the consequences could easily be worse. I'd be tempted to sell the button though.
