ReplyDeleteThey need lessons from Derbyshire Libraries. With a bit more effort, Wales could have a fully-functioning transport system that prevents travel.

Sam - I have a suspicion that Derbyshire Libraries are the intellectual hub of pandemic policy. That's why the meeting rooms are closed to the public.
