Cyclist
In the video comments there are some guesses about the likely voting habits of this cyclist, but I wouldn't be surprised if we're looking at one of Keir Starmer's junior Ministers here.
It looks as if the cycling numpty (numptess?) had ear phones/pieces in, so may not have been aware of the ambulance. There was certainly some sppatent surprise when it managed to squeeze past. During my time as a Police officer, I had my fair share of cyclists wearing these are things and failing to be aware of traffic conditions, with various consequences, one fatally. I long requested support for prosecuting these people as not being fully in control, but there came none from upstairs. Penseivat
dearieme - you dear wife is right as usual, the daunting paperwork is probably what prevented the ambulance driver from doing it.
Penseivat - they could have been noise-cancelling headphones too, so maybe support from upstairs would have appeared if they had been as common as they are now.

I think she was listening to some loud music on headphones. Probably Death Metal.
