Oddly disconcerting to see people shooting and throwing firebrands at something like that. I always wondered what they did with their hands before mobiles were invented.

ReplyDeleteJannie - yes, Bill Travers was one. Maybe this is where he acquired his concern for animals.
ReplyDeletedearieme - harpoon fishing in the dark from little boats with flaming torches seemed a little unconvincing to me too.
