The Telegraph reports on a fascinating new device capable of firing Londoners into Scotland. I'm not sure why one would wish to do that, but isn't technology wonderful?
It is also very costly needing large subsidies and huge borrowing to build. It is roughly the equivalent of the first mail coaches of the late 18th Century, only for the few and paid for by the many.
Due to spam comments and now the UK Online Safety Act, comment moderation is on. Anonymous or impolite comments or comments likely to be flagged by the system are liable to be treated as spam.
Expect trouble when they try and route that across the Chilterns.
