Demetrius - it is wonderful. Today we walked from Church Stretton to Pole Bank, the highest point of Long Mynd then back to Church Stretton. A lovely walk with spectacular views.
We moved to the Shropshire Hills five years ago from the Home counties, and whilst we have some very good memories, we will not be returning South. Lovely countryside, nice people, less rush, and do (if you can) visit Bridgnorth, Ludlow, or Shrewsbury. Fine towns, and dozens of fine smaller ones.
