Piped music
Should purveyors of piped music be boiled in oil?
It's a moot question I know, because there is the added controversy over whether or not their screams of anguish should be recorded and played instead. Would their agonised howls put us off while pottering around Sainsbury's?
In the long lost Co-op/Leo's, they'd play Capital FM, which was nicer.
In the local Woolies, the lads and lasses at the CD counter could choose what to play, including White Stripes when they felt like it (for which I went up and congratulated them).
Another highlight was when they played "Who the bleep is Alice?" and I overheard a little lad singing along, only he sang "fuck" in the right place. Don't miss a trick, these youngsters.
Due to spam comments and now the UK Online Safety Act, comment moderation is on. Anonymous or impolite comments or comments likely to be flagged by the system are liable to be treated as spam.
Us foodies would prefer good old fashioned beef dripping. And then with an added turn or two on the spit where the music is amplified.

Mark - I find it grates whether I like it or not - there is just too much of it for me.
