Sam - thanks, I'll bookmark it. Yes it is a lovely story. I find the problem is not so much ideas as time, but good ideas do tend to cut down the time.
Some ideas are just right and the story simply pours out of the idea. Others are more painfully constructed - at least with me. Blog posts are just the same.
Due to spam comments and now the UK Online Safety Act, comment moderation is on. Anonymous or impolite comments or comments likely to be flagged by the system are liable to be treated as spam.
After leaving this blog I went over to "Letters of Note". (If you don't know it, save it as a favourite - you won't regret it!) and saw this:
