Due to spam comments and now the UK Online Safety Act, comment moderation is on. Anonymous or impolite comments or comments likely to be flagged by the system are liable to be treated as spam.
For the same reason no TV company issues a 'Pay as you go' card.

ReplyDeleteWY - some say the legal requirement is just watching the programmes as they are broadcast, but I don't know if this is a legally sound view.
